Returns Policy
We accept returns however we must be informed of your wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your order, this period is considered as the cooling off period, all items must be returned in their original condition. Please ensure that you are not wearing perfume when trying on items.
Exceptions
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a return or exchange on any intimate apparel. An item is considered intimate apparel if any portion of the product comes in contact with the genital area. This includes Panties, Lingerie, Swimwear or Bedroom costumes. We also cannot offer a return or exchange on items made of nylon such as Stockings, Tights or Gloves for similar health and hygiene reasons.
Refunds/Exchanges
Returns will only be accepted and refunds or exchanges offered if items are returned to us unused and unwashed, in original condition with tags intact, with original packaging, free from any marks (e.g. make-up or scratched shoe soles) or odours (e.g. perfume, body odour or cigarette smoke) and returned in accordance with our returns procedure detailed above.
Procedure
1. If you wish to return an item then please email us at returns@deliciouslingerie.co.uk. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
2. We will give you a return authorisation number and also provide you with the return address.
